Guintche (live version) est la reprise exceptionnelle d’un solo qui a marqué la carrière de Marlène Monteiro Freitas. Crée et dansé par la chorégraphe capverdienne en 2010 à partir d’une figure qu’elle avait dessinée, ce solo est le memento d'un concert de jazz qui l’avait transcendée. Baptisée Guintche, mot créole capverdien qui désigne un oiseau ou une prostituée, Guintche est une figure libre à l’attitude incohérente de ceux qui ne prennent pas en compte le passé et qui n’ont pas peur du futur. La figure a grandi, a pris vie, de l'autonomie, et a fini par se rebeller.
Sur scène, Marlene Monteiro Freitas donne corps et matière à une multiplicité fascinante de personnages, de transformations d’états, de sensations qui se succèdent et coexistent dans un mouvement continu et frénétique. Douze ans après sa création, pour cette version live inédite au Centre Pompidou et en ouverture du portrait que lui consacre le Festival d’Automne, elle est accompagnée des musiciens Henri « Cookie » Lesguillier et Simon Lacouture.

Il est recommandé de se présenter 15 minutes avant le début de chaque séance ou activité.
